Membership Account

Avidong may sell items for minors but purchasing them must be under the supervision of an adult, who can purchase items with a credit card or other permitted payment methods. 1. Promotional Items Agreement

a. Promo items have their own set of terms and conditions which will be stated on the release depending on customer eligibility and/or product availability and promotional periods.

b. Due to the nature of our service, Avidong has its own right to change, modify, and or remove sales of promotional status depending on the availability or duration of discounted items. Items on promotion or sales status may change at any time without prior notice. Items that are already paid, processed, and released (delivered) will remain on the provisions of the promotional status applied during the purchase. Items that are only placed in the cart may still be affected by the changes, modifications, and cancelations.

c. Avidong reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. You hereby consent in advance to the terms. If, upon review, it appears that you are participating, or attempting to participate, in strategies that Avidong seems to consider a promotional abuse, Avidong, has the right to deny, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotions or whatsoever, or terminate your access to the website and /or block your account. Please note that for any credits left in your account, Avidong is not obliged to refund the fund to you.

Promotional abuse may include using multiple accounts to claim a promotion, bonus, credits, or winnings that are offered only once.

2. Coupons

a. Only one coupon promotion is awarded per account, email address, phone number otherwise coupons will be terminated.

b. Welcome coupon (Also known as Ba-BEE member’s gift)

c. Welcome coupon is only applicable for new members.

The Welcome coupon is to be applied using the code provided for validation.
A coupon discount is applied on your first purchase.

3. Competitions and Contests Terms

a. Any competition or contests that Avidong operates is only open to individuals above the age of 18 and who provide the necessary details and information to claim winnings or prizes.

b. To enter any of the competitions or contests, you must follow the rules and requirements as set out in each competition/contest. Failure to do so shall forfeit your eligibility to join and claim rewards.

c. Competitions and contests are set out on a certain period which is stated in each. Submission of entry beyond the date will automatically be forfeited.

d. Any details describe in each contest or competition are final unless errors are found within our fault such as typographical error, omitted information, missing links will be changed, modified, removed, without prior notice.
