Our Shipping Policy

Before ordering an item, please read the following terms and discretions. By continuing to do so means you agree and comply with the following terms and discretion.

Shipping is immediately placed once your ordered items are received from our partners' warehouse and undergone a quality inspection.

Transit time varies depending on your shipping location. Estimated delivery time is stated under Air Freight and Sea Freight options. Please note that these are just estimates and delays may occur due to factors beyond Avidong's control. Should there be any delays, it is the customer's responsibility to track and contact the courier. Destination post office's parcel incompetent deliveries (including backlogs, failed deliveries, and unreachable agents) are beyond Avidong's control and thus will not issue a refund to the customer in any case.

Avidong does not tolerate the cancelation of orders once processed and dispatched, even when the parcel did not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

If you want your products to be delivered faster, please choose air freight shipping and carefully read the discretions on the page.

The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our headquarters and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address or wrong shipping details. Hence, refund is deemed impossible.

Locations that are out of scope depending on the courier are not our responsibility. The location of pick up of orders will be informed by your chosen local courier.
