Returns / Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for Avidong credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original state: new, unsealed, unopened, and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
ONLY items eligible for return will be processed.
To return an item, please email customer service at avidong.ph@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item surely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us. The address will be sent to you once together with the RMA number.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds for payments made other than credit cards will be in the form of Avidong Credits. Refunds exclude any local or international shipping fees and vice versa. Full refund eligibility will only be given to customers who received errors in their orders (i.e. color, item, or item number). A simple change of mind is not possible. Refunds are returned in the form of Avidong credits which you may use to make new orders. Orders on a deposit basis will not be refunded if the buyer wishes to cancel, change the item, or ditch the order after the given grace period (one month after the arrival of the item in the Philippines).
EXEMPTIONS

Any beauty products are not eligible for return or refund unless beyond the expiration date or if there is any manufacturing damage of any sort.

Any items which are proven counterfeit will be fully refunded including shipping fees. Product exchange will not be taken lightly. Report a counterfeit product to avidong.ph@gmail.com for a dispute and you must do so within 5 days upon receipt.

For defective or damaged products (shoes, clothes, bags, etc.) with the exception of beauty products, please contact us if your order is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale items or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded. Read discretions carefully before purchasing an item.

Failed deliveries due to factors beyond Avidong's control (Refer to Shipping Policy).

Products dispatched via sea freight to the Philippines are not eligible for return or refund since they will go beyond the 30-day policy exchange and refund unless they have been damaged due to careless packaging such as broken glass and leakage. If items are damaged or lost due to third-party logistics' carelessness and unforeseen natural disasters, we are not held responsible for such cases (as per logistics policies).
