If the content of the product is different from the content of the display or advertisement or what has placed in the order, the product can be returned within 1 month from the date of receipt of the product, or within 30 days from the date of knowledge or knowledge of the product. 

• In the case of order/manufacture products, if the product has already been produced
• In case the value of the product is damaged due to use or installation after opening the product packaging (except in the case of opening the packaging to confirm the contents)
• In case the value of the product has decreased significantly due to the use of the customer, the passage of time, or some consumption
• In case of use of a set product, loss of components, or damage/breakdown/contamination caused by careless handling and cannot be resold
• When a customer requests an exchange/return for free due to a simple change of mind because the color or image is different from the actual due to the difference in monitor resolution. 
• In case of requesting for free exchange/return due to manufacturer's circumstances (launch of the new model, etc.) and part price change.
