1. After washing your face, make sure your nose is not too wet. 

2. Carefully peel off the plastic film from the nose sheet. 

3. Carefully line or place it on the nose (refer to the photo on the packaging) 

4. Wait until the sheet is completely dry before you peel it off from your nose.
